Package Your Items
Place the unworn fashion items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
